Training With Jim
I forgot to post these earlier when they were taken. This was Jim's 1st lesson and a better idea of what our gym looks like. He did pretty well... for an old man ;)
Fitness has been an important part of my life as long as I can remember. My long-time passion for running is now second to kettlebells and fighting. When I got out of the Marine Corps last year, I worked as a group fitness instructor with Semper Fit (hazing marines) which was such a blast!! Recently I opened my own little business doing kettlebell training and I am LOVING it. I owe everything in my life to my wonderful family and friends. I am incredibly lucky to be so happy and blessed!
